The team at Kennards Klemzig are by far the most professional and customer-orientated group of staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with.
From the moment I made first contact, I dealt with (I believe his name was) Craig, the manager, who took the time to explain the whole process to me.
I then received a follow up call from another staff member days later, so friendly and willing to assist.
Attending the office for the first time to obtain my storage key and to be shown around, I met with (I think her name was) Tracey, who also couldn't have been more friendlier, patient and willing to assist.
Customer Service like this is rare nowadays and so sought after.
If you're considering storage, I highly recommend the Kennards Klemzig team - you are treated with respect and care throughout.
Keep up the great work guys, and know that you've gained a permanent customer in me!
Natalie at the front reception was very helpful explaining the whole process making it easier to make a decision. Explained in detail every step of the process with great communication and follow up via phone calls and emails. Well priced compared to other self storage places. Very happy with the service.

The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The facilities are clean and neat. The system is simple to use. As a late night worker this is the perfect setup for someone who needs to get their moving done at night (like me). There is even coffee and wifi and a desk.
Never doing a closed at night place ever again.
EDIT: Nat is Awesome, and made my very pregnant partner feel very supported.
This is by far the best and most convenient storage facility I've ever seen. The staff were incredibly helpful and moved mountains to assist with all of my needs and questions. The whole place was impeccably clean, user friendly and well layed out.
I will definitely be recommending Kennards self storage at Klemzig to my family and friends and anyone looking for a great storage solution. Thank you so much.
