A shout out to Melissa and the team. You have been absolutely awesome. From a phone call of distress to within a hour your driver was there to pick up excess stock, and placed in storage. You even helped us at the end when collecting the excess stock. Would recommend to anyone.

NOT recommended. Absolutely horrible company, the removalist are unprofessional they damaged four different spots in my property and the Removalist became aggressive towards me, he denied the damages and came up with a complete lie. The office based staff Kathy did not follow the right procedure when arranging the booking and didn’t ask if I wanted To add insurance, they will deceive you and give you the wrong quote over the phone. They refused to take responsibility of the damage and Melissa Who is the manager has ignored my messages and telephone calls. I was left out of pocket and apparently they only have 2 removalist who are unprofessional and absolutely know nothing about providing good customer service.

Very disappointed with this company. Had extra expenses when it came to getting my furniture delivered after being in storage with them for 3 years. The delivery guys were not careful at all when bringing my furniture into my home plus they were not able to get my 2 seater lounge through my standard size front door, but when they left my partner and I tried and we got it in with no problems at all. Sorry Supercheap Storage I won't be recommending you!
