Long wait times but I'm not dead yet so the doctors know what they're doing

Great practice with very caring Doctors. I have been going to see doctors here for years and never had an issue with any. There can be a wait however if you call in advance to see if they are running on time Reception staff will make you aware - saves on wait times. Exceptionally thorough care and I always leave feeling I have had the best treatment.

Friendly receptionists, nurses, doctors and other professionals. So great to be able to get a timely appointment, often with our own GP. We can check if our doctor is running late. I would not want my GP to rush my appointment if I needed more time, nor refuse to see a more urgent case that has arisen, just to keep on time! We had wonderful GPs at Coolah and Tamworth but sometimes waited 7 to 10 days to get an appointment as there was a shortage of doctors. We had to attend Emergency instead sometimes. It is also so handy here to have the other services close by including Pathology, Xray, Chemist, Physiotherapist, Clinical Audiologist, Optometrist, Dentist . Great doctors but not many of them hence sometimes long waits. Nice staff at the reception. NOT bulk billed so as an adult you pay around $30 out of pocket.

Fabulous practice. Beautifully run and every doctor I have seen has been first class. We have been going for a few years now and my little boy's doctor is lovely.
