Very nice to talk to over the counter. Helpful with my insurance claim when reporting an accident. Did their best to answer my legal questions.

Very friendly, kind, and empathetic police officers. Service was quick. Police took complaints seriously and with utmost professionalism.

Dont help at all dont answer any questions asked and speak over the top of u ,incredibly unhelpful and actually affected my life by calling and telling my landlord I had a noise complaint!! How pathetic can u get !! Trying to get a mum her kids kicked out thanks for protecting and serving !! Notttttt

Telephone in and received a pre recorded message “ all our officers are busy taking calls, if it’s an emergency dial triple 0 or it you need police attendance or to lodge a report call 131444.:” What about taking a message and calling back. Not all calls are life or death. General enquiries would be the majority of calls made to a Police Station SAPOL need to lift customer service level. Phil Twigg J.P.
