Adelaide Police Station

I feel very unhappy with this police station. I have been here few times, police officers not friendly, and feel like do not want to be bothered. Only one time, people damaged my car they seemed want to help, but no result eventually. all others not really helpful at all. I met a woman not on uniform, talked to me, I have to argue about timing and the money I have paid at court, a police officer said I should not pay the money, but that was court requested. I think police officers do not have enough knowledge about law and Court procedure. It's wasting time and not helpful. If you speak same their voice volume, then they yelling you shouting. It's very disappointed police officers present like this. I hope they can learn more knowledge about law and Court procedure. I am a high school teacher, but it's not my job to teach them! After attending this police station, I feel scared and unsafe. I don't want to go to this police station anymore. As a government institute, I hope officers can treat people nicely and try to help people. Overall one star is too much, no star!!

it is a bit hard to return a police officers call when you ring 4 times and no one answers..

Tried to call through regarding a case that the Police have been fumbling over for 18 months which a private company resolved in 2 weeks. Now the matter has been shifted back to police and they have handled it completely unprofessionally. Lady that answered was aggressively unhelpful and hung up on me while I was trying to find out where the case was at. Police are not there to help you. Do it yourself.

Just had a simple police check to do only 1 staff member available. Is lunch time not a peak time for the public to do things? Shame the counter was not staffed to serve the public. 10 people waiting

Fantastic service from officers at this station. Welcomed, and promptly assisted. Friendly conversation throughout process of having wet fingerprints taken, for a foreign passport application. Thank you! Keep up the great work!
