A must visit NP. This park provides two options for reaching the summit. An easy option gradual climb on a well constructed gravel path which includes some spectacular rock arches or a more difficult rock wall walk. Either way certainly worth the effort for incredible views and water stained coloured rock. Both routes involve walking and climbing on granite rock so proper footwear should be worn and special care taken when wet.

Climbed the mountain during a weekend when I was in Stanthorpe working at a farm. It was a nice place to get together. When you're on top of the mountain, it felt great. I prefer picnic on the top of the mountain. Good food, great view, excellent memory:)

Very lovely place to visit if you're in the Tenterfield or Stanthorpe area. Do not miss out on this place! NSW Parks and Wildlife also improves the park over time. There is a 8 dollar vehicle charge that needs to be paid in cash.

Incredibly unique. One of the most beautiful places I have been to in Australia. It's a long way from anywhere but well worth the drive. Make sure you pay park admission fee in the carpark.

Bald Rock National ParknWhen you start your hike you get to a junction which shows you two ways to go.nAt the first junction the trail to the left is a fairly easy 2.5km walk but going straight ahead at the junction is a 1.2km hike straight up the rock face and it is a very hard walk up but you will be well rewarded when you get to the top with awesome views also you can go up or down in any path you choose.
