Fantastic, friendly and prompt service. We smashed a bottle of wine on our favourite 30 year old rug, and called Raphael. He responded quickly - he was at our house within the hour, took the rug away and cleaned it perfectly, repaired the damage our dogs had done over the years, re-edged it beautifully and returned it to us in just a couple of weeks. Very happy to support this excellent small business - thank you Raphael!
Very happy with Raphael's service. Our noodle rug had been chewed on one end by our dog when he was a puppy. Raphael trimmed and re-stitched the rug, and gave it a thorough shampoo. We feel like it's given the rug a whole new lease of life. Thanks so much!
I could highly recommend this service. I had a beautiful wooden carpet overlooked & cleaned with Raphael. He was extremely patient & knowledgeable in guiding my choice of yarn and happy to answer any questions I had about how the rug would be washed to leave no residual fragrance. He also recommended an underlay for the rug, to be attached with the over locking process which resulted in the rug sitting flat on the floor with no lifting edges. I look forward to to returning with my second matching rug to be cleaned.

We had Raphael clean an expensive light coloured 100% wool rug that had a few stains. He was very knowledgeable and the rug was cleaned thoroughly and all marks were removed. Very happy to recommend his business and services and we will use him again.
