I used to be a regular customer and deal with the owner from their first shop, great person. When I went to the new shop I felt the staff was very arrogant, instead of behaving like a sells person and also very sensitive by my comment that they have increased to much the prices. Almost double of what I used to paynI have paid the full price for all my knife and after a week my knife where not done and not willing to do them for the above comment.nI spoke to a lady, told me she was the owner, I needed my knife for work and she couldn’t do nothing as her staff wouldn’t do my knifesnI end up going back to take my knifes and got my money back, I asked them why the toke my money in the first place and everyone were looking downnnDon’t waste your time here, overpriced and poor customer service, maybe the worst experience of my life!nnI recommend James from Knife and StonenReasonable prices and great customer service.nnI also would like to add that your replay is a big lie,nnDear Leigh Hudson Founder and CEO – Chef’s Armoury, you don't remember me as at that time I used to work for Olio, which is another restaurant.nYou just googled my name and make up things.nThank you for accusing me to harassing your staff, I wish you would sue me.nnwishing you luck with the competition and putting down your prices,nless arrogant attitude and more service.nnCiao

Good place to go for hospo people specially for chefs. They always have good knives in stock & staff know what they are talking about if you want to know anything about it.

Brilliant store, my experience today was perfect. Informative, relatable, friendly staff that took the time to walk me through their range of Gyuto, test anything I wanted until I was happy. Their range is exceptional too, particularly for the upper end that I was searching for. Used my new knife right away tonight and was blown away by its quality, exactly as expected. Thanks guys, keep it up.
