Agnes Active and Aqua

I have been attending these classes for many years because I love Cath's energy, knowledge & encouragement. There is no pressure to outperform & all fitness levels are catered for. I have made some firm friends from attending these classes so it's a great place to come when new to town :-)

Great aqua fitness classes run by Cath. Very beneficial for my lower back problems and upper body strength. Lots of fun & laughs thrown in as well. Great group of ladies.

I absolutely love Cath and the classes she offers. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and Cath goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The classes are varied in intensity, but always provide a great workout suited to your needs and of course lots of laughter. I would definitely recommend Cath’s classes with zero hesitation!

I absolutely love these classes, Cath is so friendly, full of energy and motivating. I really enjoy high energy workouts so body blast and cardio box classes are awesome for me. Such a great workout and start to the day. My toddlers have been welcomed too to tag along, everyone’s so easy going. Great for mums wanting to keep fit!
