$11.50 fir a sandwich. Prices not shown, so surprised when charges. Nowhere to eat and rubbish blowing around everywhere. Not worth stopping.

This is the first time today I am going to leave a very bad review on this BP branch. We just stop for late meal as we travelled from Townsville and trying to get home as soon as possible. As my partner parking the car after putting petrol, I came inside and the lady was looking at me so weirdly and just blunt face. I just ignored her and we decided to get drink prior to ordering to counter. The lady who was on duty at 11/08/2020 around 1930ish does not know about customer service and very rude to the customers. I was listening between my partner and the lady who attended him to order food. Anyhow, I was annoyed with the lady’s response so I jump on the conversation because she was out of control and very rude. When I started arguing with her she stop for some reason probably realised her action towards customers. The best part after all the argument she is the one who preferred the food which I ended throwing half of my burger as it does not taste nice anyway could be disappointed already because of how she treated us plus it is not reasonable price it is very expensive as same as other reviews/comments. In other word, if you can avoid this service you would not have the same issues we’ve experience plus you can eat your food knowing that it is safe. Worse service ever!
