I have been attending Nat’s sessions at Jack Jones for 18 months after ACL surgery 4 years ago and an inconsistent exercise regime that followed.nNat’s extensive expertise in fitness, diet, exercise and general wellbeing with a particular emphasis on mobility, power and functional strength have supported me in continued attendance, overall confidence and much improved movement. Structured sessions, the knowledge gained from Nat’s constant prompts about technique coupled with a supportive environment have changed the way I move now and will greatly assist my mobility for the future.

I met Nat many years ago and without any doubt and with no exaggeration I can honestly say she has changed my life for the better (tears in my eyes atm for the admiration I have for her). I started with Nat feeling so mentally low and so unfit I could barely move. I would come to her sessions and sometimes just cry or be completely frustrated at the lack of flexibility and strength that I used to have. Every time I came she tailored my session to suit. Initially it was baby steps of minimal dietary changes and simple movement plans and within a short time I had already felt I had a better mindset and stronger future for myself. Nat’s expertise Isn’t just exercise it covers nutrition, wellbeing plus plus plus. Nat is an insane cook. Her recipes are yum. She is forever researching. I am 54 and my body was changing. For me, the dietary changes Nat suggested have eliminated the headaches, body aches, bloating and everything else yucky that has come with my age and change. To not wake up and ache, to sleep soundly to exercise and feel strong and to have a better and clearer mindset has made me a happier person. I encourage every person, no matter how unfit or where your head is at psychologically, to start a journey for a positive and healthy future with Nat at Jack Jones. Your age should not stop you from feeling amazing.

Nat is an absolutely amazing trainer. Not only is she 110% dedicated to what she does, she is is incredibly passionate about the health and wellness for each of her clients. I have been going to Jack Jones for over 3 months and find every session challenging but fun. Thank you for all your support Nat!

Natalie's workshop offered quick and easy recipes on how to throw together a healthy meal for the whole family in very little time . Natalie is passionate about real food and her workshop includes a wealth of useful advice from nutrition right through to culinary tricks of the trade. And you get to eat her delicious organic 'real food' meals at the end of the class.
