SiSU is a gym for everyone! If you want to improve your fitness and health while having fun amongst a great community, I highly recommend this gym. The coaches are very helpful and encouraging. They also scale workouts to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Not only a fantastic Crossfit box, but an inspiration for all-round holistic wellbeing! With the support of a great group of experienced coaches, I've been ticking off health and fitness goals like never before, can't recommend highly enough!

What an incredible gym! Incredibly supportive, determined and qualified trainers - coupled with a brand new fit out and associated holistic health services under the same roof. I have trained at a number of CrossFit boxes over the years and Sisu is certainly something special!

Sisu is so much more than a gym, its a community that helps you achieve your fitness goals. Alex, Agatha and Damo modify the work-outs to support any injuries I have, but encourage me to push myself. In just a month I have already notice a huge improvement in my strength and fitness, plus a reduction in pain!!!! I love working out with the team and look forward to each sweaty session! 10/10 would recommend!
