The Academy of Grounding

I love the Academy of Grounding! I joined initially for Kory's 40 day Yoga program and then later also became curious to try the Jiu Jitsu and Ginastica (a mix of yoga/jiu jitsu/animal movements - very fun!). The community spirit here is so warm and friendly - and like nothing I have experienced elsewhere. There is a female only self-defense class on Tuesday evenings for us ladies that want to dip our toes in trying something new and empowering :-)

Such a welcoming and friendly environment to learn in. Teachers are very knowledgable and willing to take time for each and every student. Both my girlfriend and I cannot recommend this place enough to our friends who are looking to do brazillian jujitsu, yoga, or ginastica natural.
