5EF West End

After my first class at 5EF, I knew I'd found a place that would push me mentality and physically, but also make sure that I had good form, I knew what I was doing and I had the support to reach my goals. What they are starting to build here is a great community of caring and supportive people that are there for you. They welcome people of all fitness levels and experience, making sure that you feel comfortable and supported the whole time. Thanks Steven and Craig!
