I have been going to this studio since it opened in 2009. The experience has changed my life. I have managed to heal my Scoliosis and Kyphosis through daily practice. It has also enabled me to represent Australia in yoga competitions and become a certified yoga instructor. I also meet my wife through hot yoga practice. From my 12 year experience there is nothing quite like it for long term health benefits. What I appreciate most about the studio is the commitment to staying true to the original hot yoga formula. It works!

I have been teaching Yoga here for over 2yrs. From the day they opened in 2009 this studio has been a fixture in the Brisbane Yoga Community, a community that just keeps on getting stronger. One of the first Bikram Yoga Studio's in Brisbane they offer the original hot 90min healing Hatha Yoga class PLUS now due to popular demand also run Inferno Hot Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yin Yoga PLUS regular Pop Up Yoga events like Kundalini, Kirtan and many others. From the original healing space of Yoga the studio has grown into a Wellness Centre now also offering Floatation Therapy, Massage and Bowen Therapy. The energy here is clean and clear with lots of love and laughter and it's my pleasure to travel here to teach every week.
