Clean store and decent for getting petrol. Customer service needs improvement (based on multiple visits). Tyre air compressor frequently out of order and malfunctioned for me the one time I found it was supposedly working.

Worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. I asked for one pie and they made me buy 2. Additionally asked for the cheapest cigarettes and they gave me the most expensive. Would NOT recommend. They also hung up on me when I called. Awful awful service

Do not order ubereats through pie face. About half an hour ago received my order: 6 donuts, chocolate block and icecream. They only got 2 donuts correct and every single other item was wrong. No phonecall to let me know if issues. Employee need to be fired because they obviously do not care.

Horrendous customer service every time I've gone for a pie. Owner has the wrong name tags for the wrong pies. Plus name tags for pies that don't exist, (sold out). He can't understand my perfect English and I can't understand his broken English. Last time I went it took 5 minutes of choosing a pie and getting told "we don't have that one" or "thats a beef not a lamb" when the name tag clearly indicates that it's supposed to be a lamb pie. The owner needs to read this and use the CORRECT name tags for the CORRECT PIES! (And employ someone who speaks proper English) Otherwise you've lost a customer...

Aesthetic layout, the gentlemen however did not look at me once as I paid.
