What is the point in having a membership program with no benefits? I joined owlclub recently to get the everyday cheap tuesday prices but NOPE. Even though it says i am a member they still charge me the normal price and say ‘there nothing i can do because i dont want to get in trouble’ well having por customer service will get you into trouble so oh well.

The worker at the station was very rude and aggressive towards me, asking me, if I was ok? What I was doing? In a demanding tone. As well as this, he followed me around and was staring at me the whole time I was at the station (I did nothing wrong btw)

As constructive as possible, I would like to say that it is highly inappropriate to ask a customer during a simple transaction if they are on an offshore visa or permanent resident status. As I conducted a purchase after work, I was asked amongst the debit card transaction if I had just finished work, replying yes the question followed to if, I was official...?? puzzled! I asked what the attendant meant ? he then clarified if, I was a permanent resident or on an offshore visa...... Well in my case neither besides the point..at 9pm on a Sunday ...the 7/06/2015 to be precise 😆
