Went to fill up my car last night and get a coffee. The lady behind the register (Michelle F) rolled her eyes when I asked for a coffee and cut me off before I could order saying there's a long wait for coffee... There was one other customer in the store so I was confused. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. She snapped at me like a child for tapping my rewards card too early saying no, I need to scan everything first and then the rewards card and then gave out a huge sigh saying what coffee do you want? I replied, well it looks like you can't be bothered making me one so I'll go somewhere else for coffee. She didn't insist or make an apology and because I'm an essential worker and needed to work late into the night so I went up the road to the friendly folks at Zarraffa's instead. I won't be going back there even though I have to use my BP fuel card and it's the closest BP to me, I'd rather go to another one and go out of my way. I'm a huge coffee drinker so you've lost a potential customer.

If you're trying to run a glorified cafe inside a service station, at least have enough staff on to cover the two tills. The line up is ridiculous at times because people ordering coffee takes forever.

I get my coffee from here everyday. The young lady behind cafe I believe her name is Sarrin. Always gives me the best service. Reminds me of when I was a young person still. Always has a smile and listens when I order and makes the best coffee. I often will leave and get my coffee else where if she isn't on shift. She goes above and beyond in her customer service. Can't wait to have her make my coffee again next year. Merry Xmas and happy new year young lady. Keep being my fave BP server.

These guys follow "LOCK DOOR POLICY". That is...you wont be able to get inside the store after 2200 till 0500, but they will be serving through NIGHT PAY WINDOW. Great service and hospitality. Good clean environment.

Came in for a quick drink and a pie, was originally only getting a sausage roll but we saw a deal for $2 travellers pies on Tuesday. I asked the lady as we went to pay of the offer was still available she just looked and me confused and said I don’t think so. I then explained the sign she just ignored me and scanned my things. She told me the price and I said so was the pie $2. She said yes it came down a bit. She was very rude and it honestly seemed like she would rather be anyplace else. When getting in the car and checking how much it was I find out I was charged the normal price of 4.20 for the pie. Pretty disappointing considering I usually have a good experience here.
