The rudest bloke on a console I have ever encountered. had to ask 4 times for a receipt was arguing with the other lady that was on . Very very unpleasant Man . 7.30 am fri 30/10 2020

Only been here once (first time tonight), but the staff on-duty called Nitin was very friendly to all customers including myself (I was waiting on the side trying to find info for my parcel retrieval). Thanks Nitin for having great customer service!

Louder than necessary door alarm greets you at the door. If you have sensitive ears or tinnitus you will not be happy for the rest of the day. while your ears are ringing. If they were a little smarter they would have a buzzer on the inside next to the attendant to unlock the front door, not blast their customers for no reason.
