Extremely rude service by the guy (some old man), refused to scan my Woolworths rewards card AND refused my free coffee after I filled 60 litres of fuel (from the Uber eats pro platinum rewards). Even apart from these, that man is horrible, ought to fire him ASAP

The staff named some RONI looks like asian. Very rude to costumers and me too. That was the worst experience i had in the caltax.

Visited, The store (27.05.2020) 8.pm a while ago, the Employee, if i am not wrong his name is "ZAIN" ( Center parted hair, With spectacles of black frame). I please urge Caltex to kindly train your employees on how to behave with customers and what is the value of a customer and more over how to answer politely. And also it is his responsiblity to give a reciept which he didnt, i am wondering what is going on??
