F45 Training Albion

F45 Albion has changed my life. In my first 3 months of joining the gym I lost 15+kg. And now almost a year later the weight has stayed off. The trainers are very supportive and teach you a lot about correct technique but also push you in cardio classes that little be more. I could not recommend this gym more enough!

Love this place, have been training here for nearly 2 years and I can't get enough, great atmosphere, trainers are awesome.. and the workouts are never dull.

F45 Albion has made me love exercise again! I used to go to 24/7 gyms and do my own weights, never really seeing any progress. Now I am 3 weeks into the challenge and I can do 20 push ups, when previously I could do none! The trainers here really put in the effort to get to know you and your goals, and are supportive and motivating. If you have been thinking about trying it out, do it!

After a long time away from training, the staff at F45 Albion were awesome in making sure I was putting my all in. Cant recommend F45 and in paticular Albion enough

The F45 Albion team are friendly and welcoming. They provide constant encouragement and support, and will motivate you to work harder and push yourself without making you feel uncomfortable. I usually only work out because I know it’s good for me, but since joining the challenge, I find myself having fun and looking forward to the classes.
