Fannie Bay Gaol

Whilst working in Darwin was looking for something to do. I came across the Gaol and went in to explore. Self paced and very interesting to read about along the way. Free entry however donations are appreciated.Just beware of the swooping birds...

Interesting piece of history and its free to look around. Volunteer was very friendly and informative.

Eerie feeling when i walked into the area where the executions took place - the goal was well presented and very interesting.

Very interesting, the staff member on duty was very informative as well.

Great to see how prisoners were kept and find out a little history behind the Fannie Bay Gaol
