Joining Sin-Ergy Strength was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only have I made a bunch of new friends, I’m constantly surprising myself with what I can achieve. Every class is guaranteed to be different and challenging; have great tunes and an *amazing* support crew. It is such a fantastic community to be part of.

No egos, no mirrors, no bad music. Just people wanting to genuinely improve their fitness, whatever their level is, in a fun, comfortable and welcoming environment. You only get out of it what you put in, James and Trace and the other coaches give you the motivation to work. I know I wouldn't put in half the effort, on my own, at a chain store gym.

Sin-Ergy Strength is a very supportive and welcoming gym. The workouts are able to be scaled to suit your individual needs, and nothing is too hard for the coaches to help you with. The members are amazing and also go out of their way to help you if needed. Give it a go, it'll be worth it just for the new friends.
