Best gym I've ever been to. Incredible staff, fantastic classes, and really good people to train with.
One of if not the best facility to get you healthy, strong and conditioned catering to all your needs. You have options of one on one professional sessions or group strength sessions (my favourite) which means you rarely workout alone. Check out there website for other awesome offers. It's all about the science with all trainers being tertiary educated and leaders in there field.
Best gym I have joined. Trainers really know what they are doing. Listened to my concerns and limitations and gave me a program to rebuild. Classes are fun and always varied. Very cost effective too.

I love Hammer Athletic! Initially I was terrified to join a smaller gym, but I am so glad I did. The coaches are so knowledgeable, happy to have a laugh and actually care about your progress! Plus they really take the time to show you proper technique, so you know you are maximising each workout. After years of paying for a membership I never used and getting lost in the bigger gym chains, I’m so happily committed to this place now - Highly, highly recommend!
If you want somewhere authentic, personalised and that actually knows what it is doing head to Hammer Athletic. Their coaches are second to none, they know you by name and you always feel welcome/exhausted by the time you leave. I now live overseas and I come back to Hammer every time I'm home and they still treat me like part of the family. I've been to gyms that claim to be the best in Brisbane and the same in London and Hammer Athletic outdoes them in every single way. Thank you to Matt and Kri for creating a gym that is so effective yet affordable.
