Unfortunate ending. Was great up until the end when my dog injured himself and they still haven't contacted us to tell us how he did it. Nearly $1,000 and two weeks in a cone later they refused to help us despite them having no idea how he injured himself

The avian vet at this place is very knowledge as she owns birds herself and was very caring of an 18 year old Alexandria parrot and was extremely happy with her procedure

The staff there are really beautiful, couldn't recommend them enough. The vet was knowledgeable and the lass at the front helped me with the big girl to the car.

The team at My Pet Hub Townsville are amazing. They always go above and beyond to fit my dog in whenever suits me and to provide him with the best care possible. I know Cosmo is in the safest hands when he's there and he's the healthiest he's ever been. Dr Emily is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.
