Nightcliff Plumbing & Gas

We are renovating our kitchen so we engaged the services of Nightcliff Plumbing twice this month. Both times we had Glenn come in with a smile and provided us with excellent service. Glenn was able to complete the job, despite having to work in a difficult and small area due to the benchtop coming in earlier than expected. This impediment did not affect his good disposition and managed to do a fantastic job. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend this company.

Would not recommend, they came to simply plumb a sink and reconnect the gas top and charged us $1600! Poor customer service when queried the cost. Plumber took from 8am and was still messing around till 4.30pm when told the job would take 4-5 hours. There is better service and value for money out there so don’t bother with this dodgy company.

Worst plumbing business I’ve ever used and I’ve used lots. Unsupervised they did not follow installation instructions on a simple install. Arrogant, rude and don’t listen to the customer. Don’t waste your time or hard earned dollars with them. Had to repair the under sink plumbing they installed because they used the wrong fittings. Useless

Brilliant work from Grant and his team on short notice to replace our roof and solar water heater. These guys get it right the first time, and deliver excellent customer service. They went above and beyond our expectations, and I can't recommend them enough!
