Tamara is a amazing Pilates instructor , she is so great at giving individual help and instruction throughout the class to make sure you are using the correct techniques , her classes are light hearted and we always do something different each class which keeps it interesting. It’s a class for everyone of all abilities and age . I would highly recommend TLC Pilates .
