This is by far the best gym around here! The equipment is very new and the gym is always clean with wipes and spray available for cleaning. Griff is always very friendly and offers help to anyone in the gym. Would definitely recommend this place 👏🏼
Good boutique gym with professional service. Owner is a ghee with 7% body fat percentage. Equipment is unique and free access to music. Would recommend to any Valley-goers looking to make some gains 💪
Weights gym. Only 2 bikes for cardio. Equipment appears new with free access to body scanners; however could not see or was shown any COVID-related (or ordinary) cleaning sprays or supplies for wiping down equipment. Random couch, pool table and rubbish throughout the gym. Disturbing lack of hygiene since it’s attached to a co-owned beauty (aka weight loss & injections) clinic. Male owner into fat shaming normal sized people into attending the beauty (aka weight loss) clinic. Could use a visit to their facilities himself.
Fantastic gym with the best equipment. The trainers are fantastic who know their stuff. This is a great gym for beginners and experienced, particularly if you're intereated weight training. Trainers do small personal training group sessions which are really useful if you need guidance on form. Not only are the trainers lovely but so are the other members, everyone helps each other out.
I just recently started training proper weights again after doing at F45 for ages and it is awesome to feel what the change in training really does. It's an awesome gym, brand new equipment and the gym pooches are the cutest! The clinic is stunning and the group sessions are awesome.
