Pilates Platform

I have attended many Pilates classes over the years and I find Bec the best instructor I have encountered. She is thorough in her explanations, builds the classes well and is mindful of the varying needs or her clients.nWithout Pilates my back would not allow me to undertake the varied daily tasks especially gardening. Bec is a great teacher who gives you options for different skill levels while following the different exercises.nShe seems to always remember which of us has a shoulder or back weakness and reminds that person to amend it to suit.nHer music is great to work with and it is a very fun & friendly atmosphere.

I love Bec’s classes! She is so welcoming and her description of the exercise makes you completely understand what you need to do, which muscles to work or isolate. Lots of variation and different levels of ability catered for. Good fun too!

Bec’s classes are beautifully crafted, fluid, interesting, continually different, challenging yet relaxing. I enjoy them, and the improved tone of my abdomen!

Bec really knows her stuff and each class is well thought out and varied. Classes target everything from strength to flexibility to balance with options given to allow each person to work at their own pace. I always feel I can move with more ease after class and I am definitely more toned. I highly recommend Bec and Pilates Platform.
