Absolutely horrible service. Quite a few times now my grandmother has been delivered the wrong medication (s8), mind you she was highly allergic to the ingredients. Now when this week came around and I went to collect her medication from Amcal Nambour. I was dumbfounded to hear that her medication which are s8 meds also have been delivered to the wrong lady and now she isn't answering the phone. We have reported the issue to my Grandmother's doctor and will now be using a different pharmacy.nnEdit/ I'm sure Tim will remember as he was the one I spoke to. I do not want to mention my grandmother's name but I was told that you have a few clients with the same name. Happy to speak to anyone other than Tim as everything seems to be pushed under the rug with him like it was the last time I complained to him.

Oh dear, Now I know why I go to chemist warehouse!nHave been to amcal nambour three times now, have been caught every time, ask for generic prescription and get charged full price! Just a heads up, check your price before you pay people!!nI do apologize, and thanks for responding. You're quite right, I was charged $14.95, the original price was actually$19.95, I think I must have been spoilt at chemist warehouse with the generic price of $7.39! Therefore, of course, I assumed was being charged full price, guess I should have done my research first!

An extremely good chemist, friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff members,providing a high level of quality service and advice. The recent internal store revamp has added value to the customer experience. Would highly recommend.
