utter laziness, especially the guy in charge. approx 4-5 people in the building but only 1 doing any work.
Have visited nambour branch several times recently, the female staff member at enquiry counter needs a lesson in customer service, unfortunately she did not have on a name badge, she shows no warmth, friendliness or friendly customer service, I actually felt my inquiries was to much effort , whilst waiting in line with my enquiry her dealings with an older man was nothing short of rude, I directed my enquiry to Anne maree the teller who went out of her way to assist me. The enquiry lady ( middle age Blondish hair ) is not a good first contact for Suncorp
