This is only the 2nd time I've used this patrol station & it's very good I've got a rewards card too & use that at BIG W & Woolies

Hi, i came into celtex a few weeks ago now wanting credit for my phone. Being in a rush because i was going out of town, realized i had more data for the gps then i thought, i kept using my data with my new credit in my purce :) two days later i go to put it on my phone realized it was vodafone not telstra. I go back into celtex to see a lovely man, i tell him the story and he takes a copy of my credit, and my number... To contact me.n6 days later i wonder in thinking what's the hold up.. I don't have a job and just want my telstra credit instead. I got confronted with the lady who served me last time ...she was nice till she realized what i was here for. She after that seem to blame me for what happened and rudely said to me it's not her fault she can't understand indians, they don't speak english well and we have to call vodefone to return it blah blah blah then contuined saying it was my fault and i did ask for vodefone. I didn't like her additude towards me neither did my partner...rudely spoke over me and it can not be done if her partner is not with her also. so i gave her the anger towards me back to her and said so i'm not getting my money back then.... Thinking she's treating me like i'm stupid because i'm young and i must want to steal money from them.nIt's been 6 days ?nI understand needing to check to see if it's been used but the rudness all because you didn't wan't to look like a idiot.nI have my mother who works for sb care who really liked these people, disgusted in how they treated me, my partner and the woolworths celtex in kingaroy also.n(3 weeks now) pretty much still no contact back. Or money. Nothing.... Got ignored and pushed out the door with well he did take down ur number.nJust wanted my money back to use for credit somewhere els because of the rudeness now i'm just so disappointed. Should be a -0 star.
