We were served by Brooke who approached us and was rude. Her attitude towards myself and my friend was unacceptable, weren't event greeted and she had a just here to do my job attitude, We didn't even have a full attention for the whole 5 minutes of being served.
I'm about to close all my accounts with NAB..nI've been with them over 30 years now and have had nothing but problem after problem..nOne of their Bankers, Judy (I think her name was) caused a whole heap of problems for me because of a mistake she made.nNAB have cost me tens of thousands of dollars..nThey'll keep palming you off iff to other people saying it hasn't got anything to do with them..nSo, this last episode, I've decided to go to another bank who I've been with for awhile and they have treated me with the up most respect and helped wherever they can..nYou can only take so much before you have to let go..
Went into the branch to make an appointment to open 2 bank accounts. Was told by staff member to go home and do it online. Very disappointed. Walked next door to the CBA who helped me out straight away.
Don't be a sucker and go into these in real life places when there's nifty fandangled mobile apps online you can use to pay your bills!! Get with the times losers! A young fellow like you reading this review probably already knows about these new apps right?
Don't go in very often, but mostly good
