This is a heart space....Jo has been my Yoga teacher for many years....Her classes have provide support...nurturing...healing on every level....regardless of where one is on their journey through life........for me the best Yin Yoga in town..I always come away feeling like I've had a Whole experience....And i include this as part of my self care routine....Thoroughly recommend and i do this with love
