Riverside Hotel

Drinks only review. We visited in November. From the outside the place almost looks closed and despite visiting Northam a number of times this was the first time we actually went in. What a lovely surprise. You enter through the beer garden (cannot understand why you can not enter from the side or Main Street?). Lovely bar and beer garden. Food looked and smelt delicious but we had eaten elsewhere in the town but would visit again for food. If they just made the outside a little more appealing , this place could do a roaring trade.

The guy serving and taking orders was such a delight and made the experience uplifting!

Absolutely apawling!! Rude AF!!! As a local getting treated like that....good luck if ya outer towner!!

Adrian and Jenny and staff were very helpful and put us up in there wonderful accommodation very comfortable very clean Very happy all round 👍👍

Disappointed is an understatement, My husband took me out for dinner as a lovely gesture because I had worked all day, the hotel was quite busy ,when my husband got us drinks he asked what time we had to order dinner by, the lady said 8-83o , at 730 my husband went to order our dinner, only to be snapped at by a staff member ,that the kitchen was closed and they wernt taking any more orders because they are too busy, When my husband said we were told 8 - 830 She said who told you that, and the lovely young girl said I did, but we still were not served, so we left ! Won't be back again ,also there was heaps of empty tables
