I’ve been coming to this Pharmacy for about 15 years & have never had anything but wonderful service at the front section & the back medical section. I’ve had a good chat with staff about what I’m looking for & what’s best for my needs. They’ve also been very generous with free samples for me to try (face creams & perfumes etc.)

Always helpful. I can't comment on prices because I don't go elsewhere.

Definitely dearer than other pharmacy’s ,only visit if I have to and nothing worse when staff pounce on you before you have Chance to look around .

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Couldn't fill a BP script because I pulled it out of the book. This medication is crucial to my health. Other pharmacy's do what ever they can to help and will even give it with a script owing. Uneducated bunch of clowns. Avoid.

My review of this "family oriented business" relates to an owner's use of a Mercedes S350 that was registered to Malouf Pharmacies. I witnessed its male driver driver attempt to park in between two vehicles (where no parking spot existed) in the "parents with pram spots in the Toowong Village carpark. He reversed heavily into a Subaru. This was in May 2014. The driver - recognisable as someone intimately related to Malouf Pharmacies - got out, inspected the damage to the vehicles, and then drove off to another car park. I drove upstairs and took photos of the damage to the Mercedes. Very minor compared with substantial damage to the Subaru. I informed the owners of the Subaru. Their insurer told them the car was registered to Malouf Pharmacies. I looked up photos on the Malouf Pharmacies website and recognised the driver from photos. I was told that he had denied smashing into the Subaru. I recently discussed this with other people (and an unrelated smash and run they had witnessed) and, given basic principles of honesty, we agreed such behavious was ethically reprehensible. Certainly, the business should not allow its car to be used to damage other vehicles without taking responsibility. As a result, I can never support Malouf Pharmacies given this incident does not fit with the advertised values. They advertise themselves as a "a down to earth, family oriented Queensland business"; though the driver of its vehicle didn't care about the young family owners of the Subaru...
