My experience with TerryWhite Chemmart South Bank is always amazing. Satish, Dylan and the team are always super friendly and helpful. Whether you are looking to fill a script or looking for skin care, makeup or vitamins it’s the place to go. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend this pharmacy enough. Satish, Dylan and the other valuable team members go above and beyond to provide incredible patient care. There have been times last/this year when I have been discharged from hospital with scripts, without any information regarding adverse side affects or odd dose schedules... some which could have put me back in ED without the expertise of the pharmacists... but the team ensured I was well informed & safe. More recently I received an autoimmune diagnosis, with a script that several other chemists closer to my home rejected because they didn’t want to invest time into ordering. But Satish not only invested time into procuring my treatment from instate, in time for my start date: he went completely above and beyond to ensure I was updated on the process while offering empathy and support for my health improvement. Anyone with chronic illness will know that having a pharmacist you can trust is 100% appreciated. Having one who also cares is priceless. Thanks for making a scary journey a little less scary 🙏🏼

Pharmacist Dylan missed my muscle and gave me a the Boostrix (Whooping cough, diphtheria and Tetanus) needle into my shoulder joint rendering my arm immobile, leaving me unable to use my arm and in excruciating pain. I'm very concerned for the long term issues. I can't sleep and the pain in my bones nerves and tendons is unbearable. I'm concerned if he ever did this to a baby or the elderly that's why I'm writing this review. I can't even imagine a baby in this much pain. Obviously I can't undo this and I don't think he is qualified enough for this level of responsibility.
