I have been a long time customer. The service has always been excellent. The pharmacy always has plenty of staff, so it is very rare occasion that you wait to get served, a big reason that they are my preferred chemist.

Disappointing experience!!!!! Krissy, the store manager needs some customer service training. I went to get my medicine this morning around 8 am. When I came to the counter to pay, I was accused of not paying my previous medication. Krissy asked me " Did you pay for your last medicine". I was wondering, would you let anyone to leave the store without paying their order ?!!! I was just shocked!!! I was like, I can bring you my receipt if you want. She mentioned, it's just came up on my system. Well, you better to fix your system error as you can see the same issue on previous reviews from other customers. Very disappointing experience, with the worst customer service from pharmacy staff.

VERY HAPPY. EXCELLENT SERVICE, CARING STAFF ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. ANTHONY IS EXCELLENT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HIS HELP IS GREAT. I HAVE LIVED IN MOOROOKA ALONG TIME. I WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE. YOU CANT GO WRONG BY GOING TO MOOROOKA AMCAL PHARMACY. MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE AT THE PHARMACY.😀

Excellent customer service from the pharmacists esp Anthony and Lilly. Always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the high degree of support and care provided.
