Eight Mile Plains Physiotherapy

Wonderful work! I been suffered from lower back pain. After treatment by Daniel, pain is really easing and advised sorts of exercise I can practice by myself. I found all other staff members especially a receptionist are super kind! I recommend this practice to all who suffered from muscular pain! Thank you indeed.

I have been made to feel very welcome and I could not have asked for better care and service. I will not use any other physiotherapy service and would recommend to any one who asks me in the future. Best Physio ever!!!

The worst physio ever you can visit, they treat 2 patients in the same time, and use not approved methods, which just waste your time, like just talk and use heat bag which can be used at home, i didn't feel any improvement, the male physiotherapist there was very rude and inexperienced. In response to your feedback, I can tell you that I came to your clinic definitely, The name I am using here is my nick name because I don,t want to to call me and abuse me, this is why I am writing here so every one know about your very lousy poor service, moreover, you agreed to me that you don't use hand on therapy, which is very stupid because almost all other qualified people use hand on therapy or at least ask the customer if they prefer it... I advise every one not to go there as it is completely rip off and waste of money, moreover, I noticed almost all the staff and the clients are Asian , so maybe this is why they use only one technique, because they never ever treated other nationalities, this is not multicultural clinic, even the staff don,t communicate with you efficiently just doing what is in there mind, very stubborn thinking and abusive procedures.

EMP Physio

Ok...I have no idea how 'Aussie Mark' can have visited this practice? I really think he has them confused with somewhere else. I have been a patient at EMP Physio since they opened (about 15 years ago) I have always worked in a very physical job and have had everything treated there from post surgery back pain to tennis elbow. Every single person Edwin employs is hard working and very effective in their methodology and treatment. Since being a patient there I have been treated by Edwin, Tom, Daniel, Whinnie, and Minnie. Everyone of them thoroughly professional and extremely hands on. A typical treatment consists of about 20 mins of deep tissue massage, followed by heat/cold packs, ultrasound and then electrolysis and then sometimes a taping depending on the injury. These guys are without a doubt the BEST physios in Brisbane bar none! Trust me I have seen a lot over the years and most are lazy and unmotivated.....hook you up to the machine and take your money! Not these guys....FIVE STARS! The fact that I drive 45 mins to see these guys when I have at least a half dozen to choose from that are 5 mins away should speak for itself! Thank you Edwin and staff for such wonderful patient care over such a long period of time!
