Alex did a fantastic job working through my injuries to ensure I was able to play in an upcoming tournament. He provided advice and strapping techniques to take with me for the tournament physios which certainly helped get me through the 8 games. Thank you.

This is my regular Physio, the staff are great and very friendly. The receptionist even makes me a cup of tea if they are running a bit behind time, and remembers how I have it, great customer service.

I've had very sore hips & hamstrings recently due to the type of work that I do, but after seeing these guys, I feel a million dollars! They took a lot of time to ask me lots of very specific questions before beginning the treatment & I feel like they had a very good understanding of my issues & how it was affecting my day-to-day life. The soreness has gone, my mobility is greatly improved & I loved the fact that I was shown some new "injury prevention" movements to practice regularly so that I don't get sore again. Highly recommended!!
