Joe came out to assist us with a block pipe on the weekend. He was prompt, efficient and effectively resolved this issue. We had initially thought he would need to come back again the next week to resolve. However, Joe went out of his way to confirm that ultimately the residual issue was a matter for QUU - which saved us the cost of another call out from Joe and also gave a path forward to fixing the problem. We were really appreciative of his initiative, professionalism and workmanship - we will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend his services.

Great, responsive service on a Saturday afternoon when my drain blocked. Joseph was quick to attend and really good at explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. Would definitely recommend and intend on calling them next time I need a plumber.
