There are more reliable and honest operators out there. We shouldn't have to constantly ask for a report to give to our body corp only to receive nothing.

We had they guys out to CCTV a slow running underground stormwater drainage issue, only for them not to believe me that we had an issue. I told them to fill the down pipes with a hose to view the dropping water level only to have them fill our eaves with water. We waited 3 weeks and had to ring them twice to get their "report" sent through to us only for it to come back stating exactly what I told them what could have been causing the issues. All I ended up with was holes in my downpipes that I will have to either replace or repaint and deal with the patches that were done. $387 for absolutely nothing, don't waste your time. Its a real shame its not possible to rate them 0/5.
