Why isn't there ever anyone at the front desk? There's not even a bell to ring for service! I've been here twice now and have had to wait up to 40 minutes just to hand in documents or file a report!!
I've tried several times to get a welfare check done on my daughter who's being withheld by the mother who is a manipulative ice user. She is breaching federal court orders. The police ring her and take her word as gospel so they don't send a unit out there to actually sight my child to ensure that she is actually safe. A serious fail of duty of care. Will be reporting to the police integrity unit.
Waited an hour and forty minutes to speak to someone. I could hear them laughing and having fun at the back.

I have always found them to be very helpful, friendly and considerate, YES there are times they don't attend but I don't blame them, I blame our useless Dan Andrews, he's Ok to put money into his own pocket but not give the money to those who protect us. Well done Narre Warren Police, job always done well with what you've been given.
