Love our local supermarket. Wonderful place. So was devastated awhile back when a fire put them temporarily out of business for 6 months or so, I was going insane as had to drive to the Foodland at the Hub or Darlington so I didn't realise how much I took this little supermarket for granted it is just so close and handy. Was I over the moon when it reopened. The staff are always so friendly and eager to help when asked nothing is ever too much trouble. A great bunch of people. Car service always available. A friendly and hard working crew. Brilliant guys well done.

Fresh produce selection OK. Good selection of other goods. Should find what you need. A bit cramped in store.

Great hours, staffed deli counter, fantastic gluten free section, especially for a smaller supermarket.

Sold a defective fresh flavoured milk product to my son, then expected him to make another purchase before they would exchange it. He has a disability and therefore didn’t realise that what Foodland did was wrong and is now out of pocket. Disgusting after I have given years of support through the time of the big fire and rebuilding, and then through the coronavirus isolation periods by assisting with the email-in order trial. Never going back, now.

Favourite place to shop for most of everyday items, especially fresh foods, vegetables meats etc. as they always have fresh produce at reasonable prices.
