We had a catch up with friends today at the Eagle Farm Spring Cup Raceday. We paid $95 for the food package offered at the Champagne bar which was located within the members grandstand. The atmosphere was good but the food provided was ordinary. It included party pies, deep fried cheese balls, meatballs to share out of the same bowl and jam donuts for dessert. The position of the Champagne bar is good but the food was so bad we couldn’t wait to leave to get some descent food since we were so hungry. You would be better off just buying an entry ticket and getting yourself a decent meal afterwards.

Great place. So many areas to chill out and enjoy the races. Nice shady area in the mounting yard. Had a brilliant time. Went to the birdcage and the food was absolutely delicious and the beer was freezing. The staff were excellent and seemed to be having a great time too, with smiling faces. Top marks.

Fabulous well preserved older style brick buildings, lovely lush gardens...such a pity I couldn't be there on race day!

Recently redeveloped. Presents well. Very posh. From a member's perspective, good clean facilities, friendly staff and security. The best feature is the biggest high definition video display screen trackside ever in the southern hemisphere.
