Lau Peking Asian Grocer

Good and bad from this place. Needed coriander one day and the veggie shop next door didn't have any - all they had was two bunches (extremely wilted and sad and looking ready for the bin), it was 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. I asked if they would reduce the price due to the condition and they wouldn't.

Stumbled onto this little gem. Had lunch here and not only was the service very friendly, everything was delicious! We had the beef char kway teow, duck fried rice, steamed porked dumplings, and pan fried chicken dumplings. The dishes could have more protein though. Need to try other items on the menu next time.nnWill also check out the grocery next time.

This place is Asian town in one shop! It's like if you turn the little Asian food section into Bunnings! They even sell Asian hit food at the front ud83eudd23. This place is so much fun to walk around and find all sorts of food from China, japan, south Korea and so on.. massive range from fresh to frozen, canned to cold. They have 99% of any ingredients from that crazy YouTube recipe your dying to make. They really have some gems. PS I go to assign stores all the time love em. and I'm picky. and this shop is a god send for people trying to make traditional foods from these areas. It's super easy to get into from the car park and sells a great range of products from a good selection of countries.
