Coles the prices are going down and the brands you like are disappearing. Every week there is another of my favorite items that has been removed from the shelves. Maybe it’s time to go to Foodland..

I had the great and unexpected experience at Cole's today and cannot thank the staff enough. Here is what happened. I forgot my wallet at the check out counter after paying for my groceries and realised I do not have it with me only after I reached home. I panicked as I did not know how I really lost the wallet and all my credit/debit cards, about $1000 in cash, my driver's licence and my identity card were in it. immediately I headed back to Westfield Marion to see if I could find it, which I thought was very unlikely. My wife who was not home att called me while I was on my way and said I have left my wallet at Coles and they have contacted her. I was so relieved but also very surprised that they were able to contact her as I did not have her number in my wallet. Turned out, Mark, (the manager, I think) found that I had a Medibank card and he himself went to Medibank branch in the shopping centre and were able to get my wife's number....nnHe handed me my wallet after couple of questions to make sure it belonged to me...nnThank you Mark and the team at Coles.
