Very impressive and helpful phone conversation with lady officer of Indian high commission. And help me in fast track in Covid 19 period. Thanks

Tried ringing multiple times, unfortunately no one answers the phone. had to go the Consulate as a result. The person who opened the door is devoid of good manners, no greeting or hello. As abrupt as can be. It doesn't take much to be civil to people. I thought in these Covid times the temperature would be taken as a precautionary measure though the Notice on the door says that you are not welcome if you have any signs of Covid-19. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

Very poor communication. Spoke to someone last week and as advised I came here today after driving 1.5 hours and noted that office been closed today and kept a notice outside that it’s been closed today but the counsulate site says it’s open today . I wasn’t given this information last week when I called .Moreover when I called second time last week the same person told me that all information are in the site you just have to read and this is what happened to us today . So much disappointing

It was a seamless experience for having Life Certificate issued for Mom.

Very rude staff specially shashikala even when reported to consulate no action taken instead that lady has started hanging up my call and as they all sit in the same office they my name very nicely so two more ladies who sit in trade o asked her to transfer my call to consulate she asked consulate to take my call he refused by saying that he has already responded to my email then I told lady I want to speak to him she said he is in meeting but he was there only she said I am not your servant and said I don’t want to talk to you yaar and hung up. Only because I ask question that police in India even though pro I ding all the document are harressing us and keep on asking more documents. All staff are so rude no customer service at all instead they yell at me and said that ask your family to go on your behalf to police station and sort out. How is it possible that you don’t have any ties in India. I am the only child of my parents and my father just passed away so have some custosey guys. Have some humanity and learn to respect people. If you will be rude and don’t respect people you don’t deserve to be here to serve our Indian community. If I don’t get action taken against that lady I will take this matter further to media now.
