I would have given 4 or 5 stars in the past, but judging by my recent experience service standards have changed - it is difficult to get through by phone now - impossible at times. The cost of visas has also increased disproportionately IMO. Also take note, the advice on their website that land border crossings will only grant 15 days is incorrect. For over a year now Australian passport holders have received a 30 day entry, though it is limited to two border crossings per calendar year. I have previously communicated this to them by email to no avail. However, I have just spoken to someone over the phone about this, so hopefully it will be updated soon. Knowing this might help people decide whether they want to apply for a visa or not.

Can never get through by phone

I phoned prior to my visit to confirm that I had all the necessary documents for my visa applicaiton and the person that I spoke to was very helpful. When I visited to submit my visa applicaiton I found all to be friendly, professional and very efficient - Thanks for the great service!

Extremely bad customer service. I rang twice regarding to renew my Thai passport. The answer was always the same, “ Please take a look at our website”. Whatever questions I asked her, she always answered me the same sentence. I wonder why she doesn’t go to get another job. If we get every answer from the website, we wouldn’t call her, would we.
