We undertook a structural renovation of our 1950s home. From start to finish Joseph was very thorough and up front about what options were available to us and what services he could provide.nnHe gave us enormous insight and assistance on top of the works he and his team carried out for us. He is a good manager with high standards and sound integrity; when he says he will do something, it gets done to a high standard.nnDespite being a busy man he maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Additionally, all of the contractors recommended by him that we have used have also been excellent and a testament to his character and professional demeanor.nnWe are very grateful to have stumbled across him and certainly recommend his services.
Amazing service, very thorough and professional and sensitive in relation dealing with families in their hard times ensuring that a professional service is provided.nnWe dealt with Joseph directly, he took care of us at all times and even followed up on our matter more than we would in relation to ensuring that we were completing everything required in a timely manner, he was always willing to work with us at our convenient times.nnDuring the whole issue we even had to end up dealing with the rise of the COVID Pandemic and through these tough times, we had to travel to city and come back as it was moved and Joseph still did not complain once or charge us additionally and then he came with all precautionary measures and assisted with our case over the telephone on the same day and not once did he make us feel concerned about anything.nnFurthermore, our case was appealed but report was so strong which was provided that we had managed to overcome the appeal with such ease.nnAs a whole family we would like to thank you guys so much for helping us achieve the justice we deserved and providing such amazing service ice and would recommend for anyone to go through your company for its caring warm approach to their customers but highly processional service to their job.nnThank you for the amazing work and support.
After a severe storm back in February this year water inundated the roof to the extent that part of the ceiling collapsed to the floor. Being insured with a popular insurance company for over 10 years, I thought I was covered. How wrong was I. After some lengthy correspondence with the insurer they refused to pay! Mention insurance and builders would run a mile to get away. Not Joe. Fortunately I found Joe by chance on the internet and he was more than helpful in every way. From providing a quote for the potential repair to a full report to take on the insurance company. He promptly visited the site and communicated all the way with me and the solicitor. Surprisingly, the insurance company made a complete turn around and paid out in full including Joe's costs. Great outcome! Thank you Joe.
I found Joseph to be great as an expert witness. because of him and his report Gio had to fix my kitchen, roofing and cladding. If it wasn't for Joseph expert report Gio was not going to pay my claim. Thank you Joseph
